Donna McCormack and Feast & Vine proudly present all that’s good about New Zealand home grown wine and food. Donna brings a wealth of experience to New Zealand’s dining scene, her resume including extensive wine and food study at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, California, and literally hundreds of wine and food classes around the world.
Following a corporate career that involved considerable international travel, Donna now resides in Wellington, New Zealand. In 2008 Feast & Vine first introduced New Zealand to Donna’s specialised knowledge of what makes a successful wine and food match. Her expertise and organisational flair have quickly earned a reputation for delivering the best of successful culinary events for occasions large and small. Donna delights in sharing her knowledge of food and wine, whether it’s organising a small group demonstration, a wine and food matching event or a tour that takes in some of our great boutique wineries and acclaimed restaurants.
Nicola Belsham is Feast & Vine’s resident sommelier. Nicola is a noted wine consultant who has travelled the world to learn her craft and the business of wine, including working for a time at giant London retailer Oddbins. Now based in Martinborough, Nicola works alongside her wine-maker husband in their own vineyard and winery.
