Held at his Kandallah cottage where participants watch Pierre prepare and demonstrate his gourmet specialities. Recipes are provided. Apr. 18, Sat. At 4-6:30pm - ZEALANDIA/Karori Walk on the Wild Side afternoon wine pairing and canapés at ZEALANDIA:Karori Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy this pre-dinner canapé match with NZ finest wines. Locally grown herbs and greens as found at ZEALANDIA are a part of the menu. Afternoon walk about includes electric boat and escorted naturalist. All sanctuary tours go rain or shine, so please dress to the conditions. Wear sturdy footwear and come with plenty of layers and a waterproof jacket. Meet at boatshed behind the Visitor Centre. Allow two hours. Start time: 4pm.

Learn about wine and cheese pairing fundamentals from local sommelier, Nicola Belsham, and Kaimai cheese expert, Peter Collins while enjoying this pre-dinner venue.
